Our community
Founded in 2006, Santa Rita Ranches was subdivided from the old Spears Ranch. It continues to be a working cattle ranch today. There are currently multiple families that reside here. We have currently have 89 Lots in 20 and 40 acres in size. We are located in Riley, NM about 20 miles north of Magdalena, NM.
